Currently, Surrogacy is in the spotlight being the focus of debate and making society question whether this new way of facing motherhood and the family has a place in our current world. The new television series, the books with women as powerful protagonists and acceptance by certain social groups. 

This new approach has caused individuals to question their position in practice. It is true that it is already a legal process in many countries, in some of them carried out completely wrong but is it possible that gestation surrogate become something accepted? How could our society accept it?Is it possible to control it by being pregnant and respected pregnant mothers during the process? The project studies the possibility that the Surrogacy is legalized in our country.

In a supposed near future this new approach to motherhood is legalized and The
Breeders is the first surrogacy center in the country. Both parents of intention
as pregnant mothers should undoubtedly meet requirements thus guaranteeing success
of the process and these mothers will have a slow and thorough follow-up so that the practice
is carried out in a natural way and always positioning the woman on a step
privileged.

















The residential bands of The Breeders Surrogacy Center will be occupied by small rooms where the individual will add a personality and identity only. Each resident is unique and so will be their space. The combination of textures and colors will allow us to enter into varied and unrepeatable microcosms. The residential area will not only consist of the bedrooms but we will find different rooms with different degrees of privacy and that will interact with the space. Outside there are multiple ways to get in touch with this.The outer skin of the residential bands will be of ceramic plates of rough texture and resistant to temperatures that will oscillate with the passage of the seasons.The garden area of the residential band will remind of a tropical forest. Wander through this forest will be possible crossing the ceramic tile paths on plots that will force the passage. Upon accessing the interior area we find the communicating corridor that will relate all the bedrooms. This interstitial stay will not be a mere transit space but it will be the cause of numerous activities.

The pavements of this corridor will be of a smoother finished ceramic and will be thermally improved with the existence of a floor radiant. After crossing this corridor we will enter the most private area, the bedroom. The floors of this room, also heated by a radiant floor will beceramic tile of earthy tones with polished finish. The combination of all these textures together with the interior decoration of the walls with wallpapers or fabrics, customizable furniture and personal devices of each resident will create in the interior space very variable atmospheres housing a single band multitude of situations and microcosms.
